  With the world and technology being what it is, we are finding that it’s more important than ever to teach and promote healthy habits that include regular exercise. Activities requiring physical effort, carried out especially to sustain or improve health and fitness are encouraged within the 21st century program.

BBall 2017

  In the sports program, we strive to Strengthening muscles and promote a healthy cardiovascular system while practicing specific athletic skills in a fun and educational atmosphere, socializing with their fellow students here at Highlands Elementary. Whether its hula hoops, soccer, basketball, 4 square, Frisbee or football, it’s always a fun time being healthy and exercising.
