Character Ed.

One of the earliest projects students were to determine the appropriate size of an indoor garden table that would provide the greatest area while maintain within set size parameters.  In addition, students discovered different facets of maintaining an indoor garden that included watering solutions and lighting solutions.

After the table and seeds were set on the table, students then refocused their energies into working the outdoor garden.  Students explored the different types of soils and nutrition needed for a successful garden.  Students also explored proper watering techniques and had the unique experience of installing a water sprinkler system.  In addition to the water sprinklers, students also took part in the process of feeding plants the correct amount of fertilizer and the correct methods of removing fruits and vegetables from the plants.Sunny Character 1
